Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory changed the release of high-temperature red warning signal at 13: 46 on August 21st: It is estimated that the highest temperature in some towns (streets) in Fuzhou city and high-tech zone will reach 38 ~ 40℃ this afternoon, with some exceeding 40℃.
